This new construction home in Saint Augustine began with the typical builder-grade palette. Clean, neutral, and functional, but lacking depth and personality. Without making any architectural changes, the transformation focused entirely on furnishings and lighting to reshape how the space feels and lives. Through a layered mix of color, pattern, and texture, the home was brought to life in a way that feels both expressive and grounded.

Because this home is shared with two dogs and a cat, durability was just as important as beauty. Materials were selected to stand up to everyday life with pets while maintaining a bright, airy aesthetic.
