Amelia Island Full Remodel

This beach house was completely redone and redecorated. While most of the spaces are bright and airy, I used a moody green paint in a few rooms to add some drama. One of my favorite features of this home is the decorative tile stair rises that tie in from the kitchen backsplash. I also love the large custom bar height wooden table that serves as a gathering space while entertaining. This house is frequently used for large family get togethers, so maximizing seating and sleeping space was important to these clients.
