Because we've worked together before, there's already an established level of trust, communication, and shared expectations, which often leads to a smoother experience for everyone involved.
Whether you're working with someone you've chosen or someone I recommend, my role is to provide the design direction, documentation, and ongoing support needed to help ensure the finished home reflects the original vision.
I regularly work with clients renovating second homes, vacation properties, and homes they're preparing for before relocating to the area.
Managing a renovation from a distance can feel overwhelming, which is why I remain actively involved throughout the project. I coordinate with contractors, conduct site visits, answer design questions, and help ensure the approved design is carried through, giving you a trusted local resource while you're away.
My goal is to make the process feel just as seamless whether you're five minutes away or across the country.
